How do appointments work?
Add upcoming visits in the app so they live in one place. When it is time, open the appointment and record the conversation. Afterward, the transcript stays attached to that visit.
What do I get after I record a visit?
Myon Health creates a written transcript of the appointment and an AI summary of what mattered. You can reread both anytime so you do not have to rely on memory alone.
Can I share a transcript?
Yes. You choose which transcript to share and who receives it—a family member, caregiver, or clinician. Nothing is shared unless you send it.
Do I need permission to record?
You should tell the people in the room that you are recording and follow the rules where you live. Myon Health is a personal record for you; it is not the clinic chart.
Who can see my transcripts?
Your transcripts are encrypted and private to your account. No one else can read them unless you share a specific transcript with them.
